Exercises with the chakries



These exercises must be done with great concentration, with a light movement and one has to choose a place warmed by the sun where to sit with legs stretched ahead without tension but the toes must be strained.


Exercise 1 : The arms are spread horizontally ahead. Then touch with the tips of the fingers the toes of your feet. After that slide your hands on both sides of your body and above your head. And finally move them back to the toes of the feet.
Repeat the exercise several times.


Exercise 2 : The arms are spread horizontally ahead. Put them on your knees. After that slide your hands on both sides of your body and above your head. Finally move them back on the knees.
Repeat the exercise several times.


Exercise 3 : Put your hands on the solar plexus, concentrate yourself over the energy, then move your hands at the back of the waist and a special concentration is needed once again.


Exercise 4 : Put one hand on the solar plexus and the other on your throat. Then change their places.


Exercise 5 : Put both hands on your temples.


Exercise 6 : Put one hand on your knee and the other on the opposite side of the chest. Then change their places.


These exercises are aimed at developing the chakries : in the region of the heart, of the trachea, of the solar plexus and of the third eye. They must be done exactly without any uncorrectness. The chakries have to be fed and developed with exactly determinate energies. Sometimes in this organs negative energies are accumulated. If you feel some pressure over your temples or your memory is burdened, then do these exercises and see if you can make go down the accumulated energy because it is a lower energy and it has to be driven towards the stomach and then through the feet and the toes out of your system.
