meditation is "reflection over fine and
beautiful things which rise one's mind
and heart". When meditating one has
first to hold up his thoughts on his good
sides and then on his bad sides but in
order to reform them. (This way a pos-
sibility for transformation toward the
good and the beautiful is found even in
the ill.)The best time for meditation is
in the morning but everyone is free to
choose the time which is suitable for
himself. There is only one considerable
and obligatory condition - the presence
of a good frame of mind.
